Position : Management Trainee, Research & Development Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Assist and provide administrative support to sales team in handling day-to-day local and international sales enquiries.
- To coordinate and process daily sales order.
- Process, monitor and follow up on contract or quotation.
- Liaise with warehouse, shipping agent, purchasing and sales to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in preparation of shipping documentation.
- Involve in ISO HACCP and GMP implementation and audit process.
- Assist on ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks as and when instructed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification in any field of study
- Fresh graduates and school leavers are welcome to apply
- We value candidates who possess multilingual skills
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Preferably female candidate to apply
