1. Integrated Quality and Food Safety Policy:
In the Research and Development, Production, Sales, Marketing and Distribution of Flavours, Fragrances, and Essential Oils, Food Supplements and Botanical Beverage Mix, we are committed to enhance customer satisfaction through the implementation of a Quality and Food Safety Management System, ensuring the competency of the employees, communicating effectively internally and externally with interested parties, complying to applicable product regulatory requirements and continual improvement of Food Safety Management system effectiveness to assure consistent delivery of quality and safe products to our consumers.

2. Environmental Policy:
Our organization is committed to the protection and minimizing its impact of the environment through:

  • Prevention of pollution,
  • Reduction of water usage, waste and greenhouse gas emission,
  • Energy efficiency
  • Promoting and communicating sustainable practices internally and externally to all interested parties,
  • Meeting or exceeding all environmental regulations that relate to our operations.

We commit to evaluate our current operations on climate change, and continually improve our environmental management system with its responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources to enhance environmental performance.

3. Occupational Health and Safety Policy:
The organization is committed to provide health and safety working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health, including the commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks. With provision of resources, communication and setting occupational health and safety objectives, workers must receive adequate training in their specific work tasks to protect their occupational health and safety. Every worker must protect his or her own health and safety by working in compliance with the law and with safe work practices and procedures established by the organization according to local regulations and applicable legal requirements. Commitments to continual improvement of the occupational health and safety management system, consultation, and participation of workers, are an integral part of this organization, from the employer to the workers

4. Anti-bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy:
a) All forms of bribery and corruption are prohibited. Our Organization upholds a zero tolerance approach. In addition to bribery, Employees must not participate in any corrupt activity, such as extortion, collusion, breach of trust, abuse of power, trading under influence, embezzlement, fraud or money laundering.

b) Bribery may take the form of exchange of money, goods, services, property, privilege, employment position, or any preferential treatment. Employees shall not therefore, whether directly or indirectly, offer, give, receive or solicit any item of value, in the attempt to illicitly influence the decisions or actions of a person in a position of trust within an organisation, either for the intended benefit the Group or the persons involved in the transaction.

c) This Policy applies equally to our business dealings with commercial (‘private sector’) and government (‘public sector’) entities, and includes interactions with their directors, Employees, agents and other appointed representatives at all levels. Even the perception of bribery is to be avoided. Please also refer to our Supplier Code of Conduct.

d) This Policy applies to all countries worldwide, without exception and without regard to regional customs, local practices or competitive conditions.

e) No Employee will suffer demotion, penalty or other adverse consequences for refusing to pay or receive bribes or other illicit behaviour, even if such refusal may result in the company losing business or experiencing a delay in business operations.

f) Our Organization recognises the value of integrity in its Employees and Directors. The Organization’s recruitment, training, performance evaluation, remuneration, recognition and promotion for all Employees, shall be designed to recognise integrity.

g) Our Organization does not offer employment to prospective Employees in return for previous favour/in exchange of improper favour.

h) Our Organization awards contracts and employee positions purely based on performance evaluation.

5. Human Right Policy:
We respect the rights of our employees, stakeholders and communities through our commitments which include, but are not limited to:

a) Non-Discrimination

b) Workplace Safety and Health
Managing and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace is an integral part of our operations. Our organization is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace by internalization, engagement and personal ownership of every employee, as well as management and leaders, are expected to demonstrate visible commitment through their behavior. Our organization is committed to complying with applicable safety and health laws and regulations, including internal requirements.  

c) Workplace Security
Our organization is committed to upholding a workplace for all employees that is free from any acts of physical coercion, violence or threats of violence, verbal, sexual or psychological harassment, bullying, intimidation, abuse or other harsh or inhumane treatment by either their managers or fellow employees.  

d) No Child Labour
Our organization does not use or tolerate the hiring of child labour under any circumstances. Our organization abides and strictly complies with international child labour conventions and child labour laws and regulations establishing a minimum age of 18 for employment in the countries in which it operates. 

e) No Forced or Involuntary Labour
All employment with our Organization is voluntary. Our organization does not tolerate any form of forced or involuntary labour in any of our operations. These include bonded labour, slave labour, indentured labour or human trafficking.

f) Wages, Working Hours and Benefits
Our organization shall ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and with respect to wage, work hours, overtime, and benefits. Our organization complies with local minimum wages and compensates employees competitively relative to the market and industry standards. Our organization ensures that all employees have the right to sick leave and annual holidays as well as all leave types provided by the legislation in the countries where we operate in. 

g) Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
Our organization respects our employees’ right to join or not join a trade union, or to have recognized employee representation in accordance with the local law without fear of reprisal, harassment, intimidation or termination of employment.

h) Non-Harassment and Non-Abusement
Our organization are committed to upholding the fundamental human rights of all individuals within our sphere of influence. We recognize the inherent dignity and worth of every person and believe in creating an environment that is free from harassment, abuse, discrimination, and intimidation.
